About The Position

The Lead - Data Processing Technician plans, assigns, and directs the work of Data Processing Technicians. The role creates and implements in-house production schedules, assists systems managers with auditing processes, and prepares daily reports while verifying accurate printing and storage of department reports. It maintains hardware and software equipment, including computers, scanners, and printers, and helps maintain accurate inventory control. The position also provides customer service and technical support across multiple facilities.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Two years of systems support experience or equivalent technical training.
Knowledge of computer operating systems, networks, printer and scanner setup, and technical troubleshooting.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold storage sites or up to 100°F/37°C in dry storage sites while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
Must be comfortable with various noise levels, which can at times be loud.
