Lead Data Business Analyst
About The Position
We are seeking a Lead Data Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires extensive experience in data analysis, data engineering, or technical business analysis, with a strong focus on SQL, Power BI, and Databricks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data workflows, including ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and Lakehouse concepts. Experience in designing and validating data models, metrics, and ETL logic is crucial. Familiarity with Agile tools like Azure DevOps is also important. This position demands excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Data Analysis, Data Engineering, or Technical Business Analysis.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Databricks (Python/PySpark exposure a plus).
- Understanding of data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and Lakehouse workflows.
- Experience designing/validating data models, metrics, and ETL logic.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar Agile tools.
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
