About The Position

We are seeking a Data Business Analyst for a lead role focused on Supply Chain Analytics Enablement. This role involves enabling downstream usage for supply chain planning and forecasting, inventory optimization, demand analytics, vendor and procurement performance reporting, and operational KPIs and executive dashboards. The position also includes SKU Management, designing data models for supply chain domains, establishing architecture standards, and partnering with analytics and data science teams. Additionally, the role requires partnering with governance and security teams to ensure data quality, consistency, reliability, lineage, metadata management, documentation, and compliance with data privacy, security, and internal policies. The candidate will collaborate with product owners, supply chain leaders, engineering teams, and vendors, translating business needs into technical architecture solutions, and mentoring data engineers and architects.

Requirements

• Strong SQL/analytics skills
• Experience building dashboards
• Familiarity with lineage/audit tools (OpenLineage)
• Familiarity with data privacy and regulatory controls
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience presenting to executives
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience from BA background
• Experience with billing companies such as Amdocs, Suntec, CSG, ADP, Oracle
• Experience with companies who make ERP products

Responsibilities

• Enable downstream usage for Supply chain planning and forecasting
• Enable Inventory optimization and demand analytics
• Enable Vendor and procurement performance reporting
• Enable Operational KPIs and executive dashboards
• SKU Management
• Design data models for supply chain domains such as inventory, logistics, fulfillment, and supplier performance
• Establish architecture standards, patterns, and design guidelines aligned with the enterprise data strategy
• Partner with analytics and data science teams to ensure data is fit for advanced analytics platforms
• Partner with governance and security teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability
• Partner with governance and security teams to ensure data lineage, metadata management, and documentation
• Partner with governance and security teams to ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and internal policies
• Collaborate with product owners, supply chain leaders, engineering teams, and vendors
• Translate business and operational needs into technical architecture solutions
• Mentor data engineers and architects on best practices and design principles
