The company partners with organizations to improve efficiency, transform operations, and drive business outcomes through a combination of process expertise, technology, and data insight.

Requirements

• SQL
• Excel
• BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Familiarity with transaction monitoring, name screening, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong problem solving, data profiling, and interpretation abilities.
• Ability to produce clear, audit ready artifacts.
• Communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Capture functional and compliance needs from stakeholders, documenting them in BRDs and user stories.
• Profile, validate, and interpret AML datasets to support scenario design and reporting.
• Prepare process flows, functional specifications, and mapping documents.
• Assist in SIT/UAT cycles, validate outputs against business and regulatory expectations.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations in executive ready formats.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and technology teams to ensure consistency and traceability.
