About The Position

The Lead Data Analyst partners with diverse teams across the enterprise to produce analytical insights that support analytical products for a broad range of clinical initiatives. The role develops and executes work plans for high-complexity projects related to clinical outcomes, surveillance, and risk mitigation. This includes gathering requirements; designing and building ETL and user interfaces; and building and testing reports. The analyst uses multiple computational languages, platforms, and environments to mine and manage data for analysis and reporting, and provides clinical insights and data trends to inform projects. The Lead Data Analyst collaborates with stakeholders to understand priorities that drive business decisions and serves as a subject matter expert for data in their domains. The role also guides more junior analysts, supports their development and portfolios, and handles administrative requests for direct reports. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute work plans for high-complexity projects related to clinical outcomes, surveillance, and risk mitigation.
Gather requirements; design and build ETL and user interfaces; and build and test reports.
Use multiple computational languages, platforms, and environments to mine and manage data for analysis and reporting.
Provide clinical insights and data trends to support and inform projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the priorities driving business decisions.
Serve as a subject matter expert for data in assigned domains.
Guide junior analysts on their portfolios and support their development as needed.
Support administrative requests required of direct reports.
Perform other duties as assigned.
