About The Position
The Lead Data Analyst partners with diverse teams across the enterprise to produce analytical insights supporting analytical products across a broad range of clinical initiatives. The role develops and executes work plans for complex projects related to clinical outcomes, surveillance, and risk mitigation, and provides clinical insights and data trends to inform projects and business decisions. The analyst also serves as a subject matter expert for data in their domains and supports the development and work of more junior analysts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute work plans for high-complexity projects related to clinical outcomes, surveillance, and risk mitigation.
- Gather requirements; design and build ETL processes and user interfaces; and build and test reports.
- Use multiple computational languages, platforms, and environments to mine and manage data in preparation for analysis and reporting.
- Provide clinical insights and data trends to support and inform projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand priorities driving business decisions and act as a thought partner.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for data in assigned domains.
- Guide more junior analysts on their portfolios, support their development as needed, and support administrative requests for direct reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
