About The Position

Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for a curious and driven Lead Data Analyst. This position is responsible for transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights by leading dashboard and reporting delivery, ensuring analytic work produced by others meets established quality standards, and serving as a trusted analytics partner to manager and director level stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Business, Economics, Data Science, or related quantitative field; or equivalent of education and experience
  • 6+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or analytics roles
  • Demonstrated experience owning analytical work end-to-end
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar data visualization products
  • Proven ability to review analytical work and share actionable feedback
  • Strong verbal communication and writing skills; conveying complex topics to a variety of audiences
  • High level of organizational and project management skills to handle multiple concurrent assignments in a timely manner
  • Experience mentoring or informally leading others

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex analytics for recurring workstreams and deliver trusted insights
  • Execute complex data analysis for recurring workstreams and priority initiatives, including building Power BI dashboards
  • Manage dashboards and reporting end-to-end, ensuring data accuracy, clarity, and alignment to enterprise metrics, definitions and standards
  • Serve as the system-wide expert on market insights, analyzing information from third party resources to uncover insights that inform high-level decision making
  • Champion the development of advanced reporting tools and dashboards that improve and deliver actionable insights to the Culver Franchising System Support Center and/or our Franchisee partners
  • Translate defined objectives into clear analytical plans, timelines, and outputs
  • Surface risks, tradeoffs, and capacity constraints
  • Maintain an individual contributor workload while supporting delivery through others as needed
  • Review work produced by data analysts to ensure rigor, reduce rework, and uphold quality standards before stakeholder delivery
  • Serve as an analytics partner to manager and director-level stakeholders by clearly communicating insights, assumptions, and implications
  • Actively seek to identify solutions to problems and challenges based on gathering appropriate information and using sound judgement
  • Maintain professional and technical expertise by engaging in continuous learning through relevant training, reading, conferences, and professional organizations
