Constant ContactBoston, MA

About The Position

At Constant Contact, we are seriously awesome people who take ownership and make an impact by operating with the mindset, integrity and courage of a small business owner. There’s something so profoundly rewarding about knowing that your work is empowering people everywhere to pursue their dreams. Here, we all play an integral part in helping business owners, entrepreneurs, non-profits and individuals to succeed by giving them all the help and tools they need to grow online. We’re energized by new challenges and new possibilities-and we’re just getting started! At Constant Contact, we're obsessed with our customers' success. We're a team of high-impact individuals who take bold ownership and drive the results that empower entrepreneurs to achieve their goals. For years, we've provided the tools and expertise that help businesses, solopreneurs, and non-profits thrive. If you're passionate about driving results, making a tangible impact, and are energized by new challenges, you'll find a rewarding career here. We’re seeking a proactive and strategically minded Lead Product Growth Analyst to join our new product initiatives. In this high-impact role, you will serve as the dedicated data partner to the General Manager, leveraging sophisticated product analysis and storytelling to uncover insights that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention within a key customer segment, directly contributing to Constant Contact's overall revenue and market expansion goals.

Requirements

  • You treat the business segment like your own company. You proactively identify anomalies and hunt for solutions before they become problems.
  • Expert-level SQL and strong Product Analytics (GA4, Amplitude, or similar) and A/B testing experience (Optimizely, Statsig, or similar).
  • We expect you to leverage modern AI tools. You’re already using Cursor, Claude Code, or similar in your workflows to close the gap between data and execution.
  • Solid understanding of statistical measures, including p-values, confidence intervals, and causal inference.
  • Proficiency with Python and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is recommended.
  • 6-8+ years of experience in Product Growth, Marketing Analytics, or Data Science (preferably in SaaS).
  • You can explain complex experiments to non-technical stakeholders without losing the "so what."

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the GM to lead data initiatives that bridge Product, Engineering, and Marketing — making sure growth bets are measurable, correctly instrumented, and aligned with enterprise objectives.
  • Lead the deep-dive culture our team is known for. When metrics shift, you don't just report the drop-off; you investigate if it's a technical bug, a UX friction point, or a trust barrier. You turn these insights into a compelling narrative that shifts product strategy.
  • Design and standardize how we evaluate product growth and user behavior, turning ad-hoc investigation into a repeatable, high-signal process the whole team can run.
  • Lead the experimentation lifecycle, from power analysis and hypothesis design to post-test causal inference and rollout. Leverage product analytics capabilities to understand how features impact user segments and behavior over time. Apply statistical methods to understand the long-term impact of product changes on user retention and Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Partner with FP&A to pressure-test growth forecasts and connect product outcomes to revenue, LTV, and segment-level P&L impact.
  • While you are a high-level individual contributor, you act as a mentor to other analysts, driving a culture of high-signal data storytelling and modern, AI-enhanced workflows.
