About The Position

As a Lead CX/UX Designer, you will work as a full-stack UX designer, independently owning research and design for a complex product area or initiative. You will conduct research, define problems worth solving, and develop solutions that improve how tax and accounting professionals work. The role remains hands-on across discovery, interaction and visual design, prototyping, and implementation. In partnership with Product and Engineering, you will use evidence to shape priorities and measure results. You will also mentor UX colleagues and help teams use AI and code-based tools with sound judgment. This is a hybrid role. Employees come together at the closest U.S. office within 50 miles eight days per month. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office during the recruitment process.
