This role requires a blend of customer service, operational management, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be the go-to person for front desk operations, setting the standard for customer service, and supporting a team of CSRs. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year in a customer service role required.
• Previous experience with animals.
• Knowledge of vaccine protocols.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers over the phone.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail or customer service, potentially including training others.
• Experience with multi-line phones, POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Leading by example and setting the standard for customer service.
• Handling escalated client issues with empathy and clarity.
• Touring new clients through the facility and promoting services.
• Ensuring up-to-date vaccination records are on file.
• Training and mentoring new CSRs.
• Opening and closing the center.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Fielding phone calls, appointment questions, and last-minute requests.
• Processing payments, balancing cash drawers, and managing financial records.
• Escorting pet guests to and from enclosures.
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby.
• Supporting team members as needed.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
