About The Position

The Senior HVAC Technician is responsible for advanced operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and mechanical systems supporting a mission-critical data center environment. This role provides technical leadership, supports system reliability and efficiency, and helps maintain continuous operation of critical cooling infrastructure. The Senior HVAC Technician works closely with Controls, Chiller, Electrical, and site operations teams and serves as a subject-matter expert for HVAC-related activities, including troubleshooting, planned maintenance, system optimization, and incident response.

Requirements

Experience in advanced operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC and mechanical systems.
Experience in a mission-critical data center environment.
Technical leadership skills.
Ability to support system reliability and efficiency.
Ability to maintain continuous operation of critical cooling infrastructure.
Experience working closely with Controls, Chiller, Electrical, and site operations teams.
Subject-matter expertise in HVAC-related activities, including troubleshooting, planned maintenance, system optimization, and incident response.
