We're looking for a Lead Craftsman who can take an idea, a sketch, or even a rough conversation and turn it into something people didn't think was possible. This isn't repetitive production work. Every week brings a new challenge. One day you're building a custom bar. The next you're engineering a cabana that can survive transport, installation, weather, and hundreds of events. While So-Cal is our home base, we're constantly on the move, styling iconic events nationwide. Responsibilities
- Building one-of-a-kind event pieces from concept, inspiration photos, or verbal direction
- Repairing and refinishing premium rental inventory to like-new condition
- Planning projects against tight event deadlines
- Coaching warehouse team members on woodworking and repair techniques
- Delegating work based on skill level while handling the highest-complexity builds yourself
- Continuously improving build methods, quality, and efficiency
- Making smart engineering decisions that balance durability, appearance, and practicality
