About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Corporate Security Agent in Los Angeles, CA and the surrounding area. In this role, you will lead highly complex security issues including those that are cross-functional with broad impact and act as an onsite key contributor in large-scale planning related to preventing or mitigating criminal acts involving company assets, individuals, or customers. You will make decisions involving complex security situations that require a solid understanding of security functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. You will strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership. You will assist Corporate Security leadership in achieving overall Corporate Security program compliance, fiscal management, and strategic planning with business-critical security initiatives with moderate financial or legal impact. You will review and analyze complex varieties of security issues, customer interactions, and fiscal management that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. You will lead Security Risk and Threat Mitigation efforts as part of a collaborative effort with other business lines. You will complete frequent safety and security trainings and site assessments at all retail locations, both proactively and reactively. You will conduct site-based security assessments and assist on-site with special events. You will strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, mid-level to senior managers, and Centers of Excellence to address security incidents, resolve issues and achieve goals; may lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor. You will develop and maintain effective relationships with all levels of law enforcement, business partners, and security vendors. You will serve as primary business partner contact with Corporate Security, with moderate exposure to internal business partner management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Corporate Security experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Valid government driver’s license, working personal automobile and current automobile insurance.
