About The Position

This Corporate Cabin Attendant role is a dynamic, service-forward position for a polished aviation professional who ensures the cabin experience is safe, seamless, and exceptional every time. From meticulous cabin preparation and world-class catering to regulatory compliance and client care, this role supports each flight by anticipating needs, solving problems, and representing the SkyShare brand with discretion and professionalism. The Mission for this Position: To deliver an elevated passenger experience by ensuring operational readiness, flawless service execution, and unwavering safety across every flight. This role serves as the bridge between flight crew, passengers, and support teams, bringing proactive coordination, precise attention to detail, and a deep understanding of luxury service standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
  • Flight Safety International or equivalent Corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training
  • MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification or CPR, AED equivalent
  • Valid US Passport
  • Valid US State Driver’s License
  • Minimum of four years of work experience in a similar role
  • Two years of culinary and/or high-end food service experience
  • Prior Part 135 experience
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Maintain a safety-first mindset and thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments
  • Possesses exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal skills, ensuring professionalism across all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrates excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and follow-through skills, consistently demonstrating high accountability in all actions
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high-urgency environment while working both independently and collaboratively under pressure.
  • Serves as a positive influence in the hangar by modeling professionalism, supporting team morale, and fostering a collaborative environment where apprentices and peers learn safe, efficient, and constructive maintenance habits while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Reside within a 1.5-hour driving distance from the Base Location (SLC - Salt Lake City, UT 84116)

Responsibilities

  • Receive operational guidance from the PIC; report cabin discrepancies and maintenance needs
  • Inspect cabin equipment and ensure cabin readiness before each flight
  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations, provide safety briefings, and manage emergencies
  • Operate fire extinguishers, life rafts, oxygen equipment, and AED as required
  • Brief passengers on cabin systems (entertainment, data, phones) and assist with seating, luggage, and restraint systems
  • Support passengers with disabilities and children requiring restraint systems
  • Coordinate with pilots, maintenance, and cleaning crews; maintain neatness
  • Create and print menus and weather cards
  • Order, shop, prepare, and serve meals and beverages
  • Maintain standard inventory and vendor sourcing for cabin, lavatory, and galley
  • Ensure aircraft meets specifications; maintain client profiles, post-trip, and catering reports
  • Create and update aircraft-specific manuals and SOPs
  • Stay current in all required training (safety, medical, company Indoc)
  • Train or supervise contract/part-time cabin crew as needed
  • Represent SkyShare internally and externally with professionalism
  • Adhere to FAA regulations, company policies, and best practices
