The Lead Cook is responsible for maintaining a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor while providing personalized service to restaurant and hotel guests. This role involves effective communication with guests and team members, preparing food, cooking orders, managing inventory, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, adhering to food safety requirements, and assisting other team members. The Lead Cook also plays a role in delivering DKN’s "Home Away From Home" experience. Management reserves the right to add or change duties as needed.
