About The Position

Serve as the go-to leader during service, supporting cooks and ensuring food meets quality standards. Partner with culinary leadership to manage kitchen operations and staff coordination. Oversee prep work, kitchen cleanliness, and equipment upkeep. Jump into daily cooking duties, multitasking with ease and attention to detail. Contribute new ideas and showcase your skills in a specialty area such as sauté, grill, pastry, or global cuisine.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of culinary experience preferred
  • Serve Safe Food Handlers Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills in a collaborative kitchen environment
  • Ability to stay organized and thrive under pressure
  • Culinary training or formal education preferred
