The Lead Cook (PM Shift) at the Albuquerque Embassy Suites will serve as the go-to leader during service, supporting cooks and ensuring food meets quality standards. This role partners with culinary leadership to manage kitchen operations and staff coordination, overseeing prep work, kitchen cleanliness, and equipment upkeep. The Lead Cook will also jump into daily cooking duties, multitasking with ease and attention to detail, and contribute new ideas and showcase skills in a specialty area such as sauté, grill, pastry, or global cuisine.
