This role focuses on supporting strategic consulting and analytics engagements for sports and entertainment rights holders. The position aims to help teams, leagues, and venues utilize fan, ticketing, CRM, and marketing data to enhance revenue growth, fan engagement, and long-term customer value. The Lead Consultant will operate at the intersection of analytics, CRM strategy, and client consulting, collaborating with commercial and marketing stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for ticketing, partnerships, premium hospitality, and fan engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with sports or entertainment rights holders and understand the operational aspects of team-side organizations, with a preference for experience collaborating with marketing, ticketing, partnerships, and strategy teams within a club, league, or venue. As a Lead Consultant, responsibilities include managing day-to-day client relationships, contributing to project delivery, and mentoring junior team members, all while working closely with senior leadership.
