Position Overview We are seeking a polished and service-driven Executive Hospitality Concierge to provide exceptional hospitality support to the Head of Office, executive leadership, and VIP guests. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a high-touch corporate environment and is passionate about delivering a seamless, 5-star guest experience with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized hospitality services to the Head of Office and VIP guests with discretion and attentiveness.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, refreshments, and light hospitality offerings in accordance with Forbes 5-star service standards.
  • Maintain the presentation, cleanliness, and organization of the Head of Office’s suite, executive guest areas, and Experience Center.
  • Coordinate and execute food and beverage set-ups for boardrooms, meetings, and executive spaces.
  • Monitor inventory levels and restock amenities, branded merchandise, pantry supplies, and hospitality items as needed.
  • Perform detailed housekeeping and organization of executive areas, pantries, and hospitality spaces.
  • Provide reception support, visitor coordination, and assistance with on-site meetings and events.
  • Complete daily opening and closing procedures and conduct routine rounds of executive spaces.
  • Assist with dishwashing and the care of china, glassware, cutlery, and other hospitality service items.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to ad hoc requests and changing executive needs.
  • Consistently uphold Forbes 5-star service standards and maintain a polished professional presence.
