About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Project Management / Data Analytics professional (Lead Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist) within Wholesale Operations. In this role you will support data-driven initiatives, enhance operational performance, and deliver strategic insights through structured project execution and advanced analytics. In this role, you will: Lead and manage a variety of data analytics and project management activities supporting complex business initiatives Serve as a primary liaison and collaborate with Business, Risk, Technology, and Operations teams to deliver data-driven solutions aligned to business needs Design, execute, and manage analytics projects, including data sourcing, validation, analysis, and reporting deliverables Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and key performance metrics to monitor business performance and identify opportunities Serve as an escalation point for data and project-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment Coordinate cross-functional activities to support project delivery, data governance, and ongoing process optimization Analyze complex business problems, perform data analysis, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making Ensure compliance with data governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements in all analytics and project activities Partner with peers, leaders, and stakeholders to drive project execution, resolve issues, and support broader strategic initiatives Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a strong understanding of data, business processes, and project management principles to meet deliverables and advance new initiatives

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on timelines
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments with Operations, Risk, and Technology teams
  • Knowledge of data governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
