Lead Commercial Loan Servicing Representative
About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Lending Servicing Representative in Commercial Lending Operations. In this role, you will provide training and guidance to less experienced Commercial Loan Servicing representatives in interpreting and understanding complex policies as well as managing cross group projects. You will research, respond to and resolve complex inquiries, and train others on complex loan agency inquiries and servicing language in loan documentation and interpretation, as well as an understanding of financial services and customer support. You will also coordinate and reconcile all loan advances and payments with member banks and customers and book letters of credit, support loan trading and assignments, and prioritize work and provide day to day work leadership and mentorship to the support team. Additionally, you will lead or contribute to customer issue resolutions that require coordination amongst various teams, collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, and interact with internal customers. You will receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Commercial Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in reviewing commercial loan documentation
- Experience working in AFS, Loan IQ (LIQ), E-Trac, nCino, ICMP, or other systems of record
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including management
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Proven organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills, as well as the ability to influence and negotiate
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work independently and/or as a member of a high-performance team against aggressive deadlines
- Experience with Florida state statues and laws
