Lead Commercial HVAC Technician

Position Overview: This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial and industrial HVAC systems. The technician will also be responsible for installing and replacing HVAC and refrigeration equipment, performing system inspections, testing, and maintenance, and conducting warranty work, adjustments, and repairs. Adherence to safety standards and customer expectations, along with maintaining detailed service records and efficient work completion, are key aspects of this position.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Iowa HVAC License (or the ability to obtain within the probation period)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Experience with educational, commercial, or industrial facilities
- Familiarity with chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, burners, RTUs, VRF, and VAV systems
- OSHA 10 certification or higher
- OEM certifications (Trane, Carrier, Daikin, etc.)
