About The Position
DiStefano Brothers Concrete Coatings is looking for an experienced, driven, and professional Lead Commercial Installer to lead our crews on large-scale commercial projects in the Rhode Island area! This role is for a skilled coatings expert who knows how to run a job site safely and efficiently, and is ready to step into a leadership role where they can mentor others, interact with high-level clients, and take ownership of premier commercial projects. DiStefano Brothers Concrete Coatings transforms dull, pre-existing concrete surfaces into beautiful, protected, and high-performance areas. Requirements
- Proven, above-average technical competence in commercial coatings/epoxy installation, with prior experience leading or mentoring a field crew.
- A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle are required.
- Must be comfortable safely driving a truck and trailer.
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 100 pounds repeatedly without restriction, climb ladders, work at heights, and kneel/bend repeatedly.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable using technology (email, apps) to track job progress.

Responsibilities
- Direct daily workflows and train/mentor installers to develop their technical skills.
- Oversee job site setup, surface preparation (grinding/cleaning), mixing, and precision application of commercial coating systems.
- Act as the primary on-site point of contact for general contractors, property managers, and clients, ensuring strong and professional communication.
- Maintain a pristine, accident-free workspace.
- Perform rigorous quality checks throughout each phase to ensure jobs pass inspection on the first attempt with zero call-backs.
- Efficiently track crew time, manage material inventory, and update project management software.
