About The Position
DiStefano Brothers Concrete Coatings is seeking individuals for an Entry Level Concrete Coatings Installer position in the Connecticut area. This is a full-time role where the company invests in its team and offers career growth opportunities. The company transforms concrete surfaces into beautiful, protected, and easy-to-clean areas. The role involves working on a team of 2-3 installers to apply long-lasting coatings to concrete. This includes grinding, cleaning, and preparing surfaces before applying the coating system. Installers interact with clients and team members in a friendly manner and perform other necessary tasks. The position offers the satisfaction of turning plain surfaces into attractive spaces that customers appreciate.
Requirements
- No experience necessary, we will train.
- Valid driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in painting, seal coating, landscaping, roofing, asphalt, or manual labor is a plus.
- Construction, concrete, or flooring experience is a plus.
- Medical card.
- Trailer driving experience.
Responsibilities
- Work on a team of 2-3 installers applying coating to concrete.
- Transform surfaces by grinding, cleaning, and preparing them.
- Apply the coating system.
- Interact with clients and other team members with a friendly disposition.
- Perform other tasks as needed by the team.
