Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager for clients with annual revenue of $100MM to $2B supporting the Hudson Valley/CT market as part of the Commercial Bank. In this role, you will develop, retain, and grow complex to highly complex client relationships through relationship management, understanding client needs, responding quickly, communicating proactively, managing expectations, and soliciting feedback. You will act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop, influence, and structure complex loans and solutions, analyzing financials, presenting to clients, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. You will lead the strategy and resolution for a full suite of highly complex solutions offered by Wells Fargo to commercial clients, engaging product organizations and leveraging a solid understanding of clients’ businesses. You will provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative business solutions within the Commercial Banking Relationship Management group. You will strategically engage with all levels across the enterprise to improve processes and risk control, resolve client issues, and represent the company externally. You will drive relationship planning activities and maintain sales and pipeline disciplines. You will strategically support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Commercial Banking clients and partner with Commercial Lending Product Management to provide vision, direction, and expertise on client and market needs for credit solutions.
