About The Position

KidStrong is a rapidly growing company that helps parents build stronger, smarter, and more athletic kids through a science-based curriculum focused on brain, physical, and character development for children aged walking through 11 years old. This role is for a full-time Lead Coach at our DFW location, seeking talented, enthusiastic professionals who are passionate, energetic, and excited to engage with parents and kids to make a positive impact on their lives. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, helping them become smarter and stronger, and collaborating with an amazing team.

Requirements

Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age.
Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum.
Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
CPR certified.
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
Self-starter that just gets a job done.

Nice To Haves

Athletic or coaching background.
Experience coaching kids ages 15mo-8 years old.
Pediatric OT/PT experience.

Responsibilities

Coach students within the appropriate KidStrong age range (15 months - 8 years old).
Educate parents on the KidStrong curriculum.
Conduct classes on weekdays mid-mornings and evenings until 7 pm.
Conduct classes on weekends starting at 8 AM through lunchtime.
Potentially increase scheduled hours through private class coaching.
Complete up to 5 hours of administrative work per week.
