About The Position

KidStrong is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate individuals to join their team as KidStrong Coaches. As a Coach, you will play a crucial role in delivering the dynamic KidStrong curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. This role involves coaching classes, camps, and other events, assisting with center operations, and building positive relationships with children and their families.

Requirements

Passion for working with children.
Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old.
Comfortable speaking to parents and guardians.
High energy and a clear, engaging presence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
CPR Certified or willingness to get certified.

Responsibilities

Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old.
Understand and communicate KidStrong's programs.
Achieve Coach Certification and continuously improve skills through training programs.
Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class.
Ensure classes run smoothly and on time.
Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong.
Coach class, camps, movie nights, and other requested activities.
Assist in community events and center initiatives.
Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of the center.
