About The Position

KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals. We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate individuals to join our team as KidStrong Coaches. As a Coach, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering our dynamic curriculum and making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.

Requirements

Passion for Kids: Must love working with children
Coaching Background: Experience with kids aged walking - 11 years old
Communication Whiz: Comfortably speak to parents and guardians
Energetic & Fun: Bring high energy and a clear, engaging presence to every class
Mentorship Magic: Be a mentor to other coaches, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
CPR Certified: Or willingness to get certified
Command Presence: Set the bar high and speak with authority
Passionate: Strong love for coaching
Mentor: Form deep relationships with KidStrong families
Performer: Fun, likable, and a joy to be around
Professional: Strives for consistent excellence
Teacher: Communicate with knowledge of our programming

Responsibilities

Deliver fun, dynamic classes that boost brainpower, physical skills, and character for kids walking to 11 years old
Understand the KidStrong programs and communicate them effectively
Achieve Coach Certification and continue to develop skills through training programs
Create positive interactions with families before, during, and after class
Ensure classes run smoothly and on time
Keep families engaged and excited about KidStrong
Coach class, camps, movie nights, and other center activities
Assist in community events and center initiatives
Participate in the upkeep and maintenance of the center
