About The Position

Senior Solutions Home Care is hiring experienced CNAs to serve as Lead Caregivers. This is a key field position that ensures clients always receive consistent, high-quality care. This role involves supporting start-of-care visits, covering urgent needs, and helping maintain seamless care for clients. Requirements

• Active CNA license
• Valid driver's license and car insurance
• Reliable transportation (daily travel required)
• CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
• Smartphone with data (for scheduling & clock-in/out)
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene)
• Meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, some transportation
• Follow and uphold individualized care plans
• Step in for: start-of-care visits, call-outs and last-minute shifts, unfilled or overflow cases
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Communicate with scheduling and office staff
• Help train and support other caregivers
• Build strong relationships with clients and families
