About The Position

Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking experienced CNAs to fill a Lead Caregiver role. This is a key field position ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality care. The role involves supporting start-of-care visits, covering urgent needs, and maintaining seamless care for clients. Requirements

Active CNA license
Valid driver's license and car insurance
Reliable transportation (daily travel required)
CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
Smartphone with data (for scheduling & clock-in/out)
Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods

Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene)
Meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, some transportation
Follow and uphold individualized care plans
Step in for: start-of-care visits, call-outs and last-minute shifts, unfilled or overflow cases
Observe and report changes in client condition
Communicate with scheduling and office staff
Help train and support other caregivers
Build strong relationships with clients and families
