About The Position

Snap Inc. is a technology company focused on improving how people live and communicate through the camera. The company operates Snapchat, Bitmoji, Specs Inc., Saturn, and other digital services. We are seeking a Lead Client Partner to drive significant revenue growth by developing and managing strategic partnerships with a key account. This role involves helping clients expand their digital presence on Snapchat, requiring a proven ability to manage senior relationships, operate with a business owner mindset, possess strong technical and measurement acumen, and have a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 12+ years of sales and/or combined management experience.
  • Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
  • Strong track record of engaging and partnering with C-Level executives.
  • Deep knowledge of the self-serve platform, performance marketing, auction dynamics, and biddable advertising buying.
  • Proven performance winning the support of key senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Strong existing relationships with top marketing decision-makers for brands and their agencies.
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A team player and collaborator.
  • Passion for Snapchat, marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize, and secure strategic business opportunities, both short-term and long-term, including those extending beyond media.
  • Drive exponential year-over-year revenue growth.
  • Operate as a business owner, tailoring Snap's approach to client protocols and processes while demonstrating a deep understanding of the client's business.
  • Educate clients on Snapchat products and best practices, actively representing cross-functional partners through multidisciplinary knowledge.
  • Navigate complex organizations and influence C-suite decision-makers across marketing, product, and engineering.
  • Define the overall business approach through strategic account planning, leveraging competitive intelligence and industry knowledge.
  • Partner with internal executives across sales leadership, revenue product, engineering, and finance to build and scale solutions.
  • Understand Snap's technical strengths relative to competitors and develop verticalized auction playbooks.
  • Balance priorities for innovation, learning, and driving both short and long-term revenue.
  • Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
  • Develop cohesive sales narratives that integrate cross-functional partners and leadership.
  • Independently develop and own all senior client meetings, including agenda, materials, participants, and key actions.
  • Serve as a vertical expert, providing guidance and mentorship to other team members.
