Lead Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)- 1st shift
About The Position
The Lead Certified Nursing Aide supports coordination of the nursing aide schedule under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON), and performs clerical duties as requested. The role provides residents with assistance in activities of daily living while promoting independence and preserving dignity. It also involves reporting changes in residents’ health status to the clinical team and building compassionate, positive connections with residents and their families. The aide participates in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning opportunities, and follows confidentiality and privacy requirements for resident and employee information. This is a full-time, first-shift position at Glass Peaks Senior Living in Toledo, Ohio, with an hourly pay range of $19.00 to $20.00.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities
