Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) - Part-time- 1st shift
About The Position
The Certified Nursing Aide provides exceptional, individualized care according to each resident’s care plan. The role assists residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and preserving dignity, and reports changes in residents’ health status to the clinical team. The aide builds compassionate, meaningful connections with residents and their families to create positive experiences. The position also involves ongoing learning through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other development opportunities, as well as complying with rules and regulations governing the confidentiality and privacy of resident information. Other duties may be assigned. This is a part-time, first-shift position located in Moline, Illinois, with an hourly pay range of $16.50–$18.00.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
