About The Position

The Certified Nursing Aide provides individualized resident care according to each resident’s care plan. Requirements

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized care according to each resident’s care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect compassionately with residents and family members to create positive experiences.
• Participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning and development opportunities.
• Comply with rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
