About The Position

This is a full-time position with benefits. The Lead Cashier will provide and coach for excellent customer service, work with the store manager to identify and meet product needs, serve as manager on duty as needed, and work alongside teams to meet store goals. The role also involves assisting with the training and development of new employees, controlling cash and completing banking functions, directing a retail sales floor team to ensure customers are helped, shelves are stocked, and the store is clean. Responsibilities include ringing customer sales, helping customers locate merchandise, maintaining a well-stocked and organized sales floor, completing cleaning tasks, and answering the phone with courtesy and respect.

Requirements

Must be eligible to participate in a 401(k) or Roth IRA upon turning 18
Must be eligible for enrollment after one year of service and 1,000 hours worked in the first year (or 500-1,000 hours each year for two consecutive years)
Background check required for finalist candidates

Responsibilities

Provide and coach for excellent customer service
