About The Position
Our Cooks @ The Cardinal at North Hills plays an important role in creating exceptional dining experiences for residents, guests, and associates. This position prepares high-quality, flavorful meals served across multiple dining venues while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness. Schedule: Full Time - 12pm - 8:30pm Weekend rotation
Requirements
- Experience with Grill / Fry / Saute required
- One to three years of cooking experience
- Must have Food Handler’s certification as required or willingness to obtain
Nice To Haves
- Be a high school graduate
Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of creatively designed cuisine
- Cook according to menus, production sheet and recipes with consideration
- Maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner
- Deliver all invoices to Dining Services Director in a timely fashion
- Maintain records or meals served and records of food and supplies used as required
