About The Position

Floor Coverings International, the #1 flooring franchise in North America and part of FirstService Brands, is growing rapidly. With projected sales of $3M in the next year, we are expanding our team and hiring experienced Flooring Installers and Lead Technicians. We are currently building three in-house installation crews and are looking for skilled installers who take pride in their craftsmanship and customer service. Installer Specialties Needed: Carpet Installers (pattern carpet, wool, residential carpet)

Requirements

• Flooring installation experience (Lead level)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physical work
• Professional attitude when working in customers’ homes

Responsibilities

• Install flooring according to company standards
• Review project scope and prepare job site
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Deliver excellent craftsmanship and customer service
• Ensure every project meets company quality standards
