About The Position

The Lead Carpenter helps restore properties to their pre-loss condition after demolition, rebuilding homes through work that may include insulation, drywall, trim, painting, flooring, and cabinetry. The role also supports project managers by delivering materials, completing punch-list duties, and performing additional management-related tasks. The carpenter is expected to provide excellent customer service, help maintain an organized and properly stocked truck, assist with warehouse and facility tasks, support other team members, and lead the team when needed. The position serves people in their time of need following property damage and is part of a restoration and reconstruction team.

Requirements

Fluency in English.
A valid driver's license with a clean record.
Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime if needed.
Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently.
A desire to continually learn new things.
