About The Position
Full-service general contractor seeking an experienced, well-rounded Lead Carpenter/Foreman to run crews and deliver quality work on commercial and residential projects.
Requirements
- Proven lead carpenter or foreman experience.
- Strong all-around skills across all trades listed above.
- Ability to read blueprints and lead a crew.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Own smaller hand tools.
Responsibilities
- Frame, trim/finish carpentry, cabinetry, flooring, tile, and drywall.
- Lead daily on-site work.
- Read plans.
- Manage materials and schedule.
- Supervise crew and subs.
- Keep the job clean, safe, and on track.
