About The Position

As a Lead Carpenter, you will oversee all aspects of the carpentry work on our residential remodeling projects. This role involves hands-on carpentry work as well as overseeing a team, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and meeting our quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience and mastered knowledge in all aspects of carpentry
• Ability to guide, instruct, and motivate others
• Proficiency in project planning, execution, and coordination
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the carpentry work on residential remodeling projects.
• Perform hands-on carpentry work.
• Oversee a team of carpenters.
• Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
