About The Position

This role involves leading carpentry work on-site-roughly 80% hands-on-while remaining actively involved in hands-on tasks, and supporting the Project Manager with project coordination, quality control, and team oversight. You'll handle carpentry and other remodeling tasks such as drywall, paint, and misc work. Think of the person everyone on the jobsite can rely on to lead by example, solve problems, and help deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in remodeling construction
Customer-facing experience
Technology proficiency
Ability to provide your own hand tools
Ability to perform hands-on work for most of the day
A valid driver's license and a good driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Nice To Haves

10+ years of remodeling experience
Experience managing subcontractors
Experience using project management software

Responsibilities

Performing quality construction work in a variety of tasks
Coordinating with subcontractors to keep projects smooth and seamless
Tracking and reporting daily job progress
Purchasing building materials
Leading carpentry work on-site (roughly 80% hands-on)
Supporting the Project Manager with project coordination, quality control, and team oversight
