We're seeking an experienced, highly dependable Lead Caregiver to support new client starts, complex care situations, caregiver transitions, and quality-focused care delivery across our service area. The Lead Caregiver is one of the most trusted members of our caregiving team. This role helps new clients get off to a strong start, learns the unique routines and needs of each home, supports and trains caregivers entering new assignments, and provides consistent backup coverage when members of a care team are unavailable. Lead Caregivers work closely with office staff, clients, families, and caregivers to improve continuity, strengthen communication, and help ensure every client receives safe, reliable, high-quality care. If you're the caregiver others turn to for guidance, professionalism, and leadership, this may be the opportunity you've been looking for. As a Lead Caregiver, you won't simply be assigned routine shifts. You'll be strategically deployed to support new client Starts of Care, stabilize higher-need or higher-risk cases, help identify the best long-term caregiver match, provide valuable field observations that improve care quality, support on boarding and hands-on coaching opportunities when appropriate, and serve as one of the office's most trusted front line care professionals.
