About The Position

As a Driver, you’ll play an important role in supporting clients’ independence and well-being by delivering appointment-based, door-through-door service—assisting individuals from their home to their destination while ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for every step of the way. Country Manor is an award-winning leader in senior care, childcare, home health care, and rehabilitation services, proudly serving nearly 1,000 individuals each day across its campuses in Sartell and St. Joseph, Minnesota. Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • MN STS Driver Certification or ability to obtain within 45 days of hire
  • Minimum five years of licensed driving experience with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills
  • Compassionate, professional, and adaptable demeanor
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to safely assist, transfer, and lift clients as needed

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Transportation Coordinator with daily operations, scheduling, customer service, vehicle maintenance, and transportation support activities
  • Safely transport clients according to assigned schedules and assist with transfers and safety procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of routes, mileage, appointments, hours worked, and vehicle inspections
  • Ensure vehicles and equipment are clean, functional, and properly maintained; report concerns promptly
  • Communicate professionally with clients, medical staff, and team members while maintaining confidentiality
  • Follow departmental policies, safety standards, and participate in required training and meetings
  • Maintain reliable attendance and complete other duties as assigned
