Lead - Business Insights

This role is responsible for leading a team of analysts in the central shop to fulfill various analytics requirements within InMobi Ads. The main focus of the role is to develop sustainable solutions that address the company's business and technical challenges, improve the efficiency and performance of products, and generate intelligent reports and recommendations. Collaboration with stakeholders from different departments is essential to align on cross-functional processes and drive the agenda of data-driven decision making.

• Orchestrating a team of analysts in the central shop for all analytics requirements across various functions within InMobi Ads
• Developing a strong understanding of the company's underlying business and technical challenges and translating them into long-term sustainable solutions
• Conducting product analytics to improve the efficiency, performance, and ROI of various products across platforms
• Utilizing data science and machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics to improve the predictability of business operations and generate recommendations for optimization
• Generating dashboards for the consumption of the business or leadership team that summarize performance and provide recommendations for direct actions
• Establishing processes and building products that generate intelligent reports and reduce information overload within the company
• Collaborating with stakeholders and leaders across business, product, tech, finance, and delivery to align on cross-functional processes and drive the agenda

• Strong understanding of business and technical challenges
• Experience in Business Intelligence, Statistical Modelling, Product Analytics, Dashboard Development, and Reporting Automations
• Knowledge of Data Science and Machine Learning Models
• Ability to generate dashboards for business and leadership teams
• Experience in establishing processes and building products for intelligent reporting
