Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business execution consultant to serve as a Development Coordinator providing support to the Newly Licensed Banker Onboarding (NLBO) program across the National Branch Network. NLBO provides structured onboarding support to accelerate relationship management skills and enhance the productivity of newly licensed bankers. Development Coordinators are responsible for overseeing onboarding of Newly Licensed Bankers post‑licensing and ELP, providing guidance and collaboration to branch managers and bankers to ensure skill‑building efforts align with expected progress and business outcomes. Their key responsibilities include managing onboarding logistics, coordinating experiential learning activities, facilitating coaching and skill‑building, monitoring progress in learning platforms, and providing leadership visibility. They will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive coverage across all core markets within the Atlantic & Southeast or Mountain & California divisions.
