Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant in Technology as part of Cybersecurity. The Lead Business Execution Consultant of Cyber Defense Management (CDM) will be responsible for the day-to-day business execution of high-visibility deliverables. The COO will manage tactical day-to-day requests from the Office of the CISO, the Deputy CISO, HR, Legal, and other Information Security partners to ensure cohesive and synergistic exchange of information security data, metrics, and other telemetry occurs in a timely manner without disrupting critical Cyber Defense operations. This individual will be responsible for partnering with all the domains in the Information Security Department to ensure that the organization’s overall goals and objectives are met. This role will be keenly focused on the pristine business execution and priority of a variety of different requests that originate from Executive Management in the Technology Department. In this role, you will: Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group Work directly with the Global Head of Counter Threat Operations in the Cyber Defense Management Department to manage ad hoc high-profile deliverables that span multiple information security domains. Will have a mix of client expectations, regulatory demands, and deal with constant changes in technology in their day-to-day activities. Look at the day-to-day processes, making them faster or more organized, and ensuring that the team is moving forward in parity to follow standardized processes. Responsible for assisting with strategic budget management deliverables to align the total cost of ownership framework, including resource allocation across three time zones, technology investments, and operational expenses. Will constantly work technology leaders and external stakeholders like regulators and auditors to manage time sensitive deliverables and keep the lines of communication open regarding information security risks, response processes, and incidents that may disrupt business operations. Will work with the Global Head of Counter Threat Operations and other directors to engage sourcing and procurement and review new technology before its implementation. This role will ensure that new software and systems meets all company standards, is safe, won’t disrupt the company’s production environment, and will comply with all company policy and regulatory rules. Lead financial analysist exercises with different pillars under the Cyber Defense Management Team.
