Lead end-to-end operational and business analysis for large-scale federal loan servicing programs, ensuring alignment across operations, technology, policy, and compliance requirements. Support key business initiatives from discovery through implementation. Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements. Drive business process reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives across loan lifecycle functions, reducing cycle times, improving accuracy, and increasing throughput. Partner with stakeholders to identify risks, dependencies, and operational gaps, and develop practical, evidence-based recommendations to improve processes while maintaining alignment with government policies and systems of record. Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, capture efforts, and executive briefings, driving alignment across business, technical, and program teams. Support and lead proposal development, technical solutioning, and capture strategy, including drafting technical approaches, KPI compliance plans, and operational models. Mentor and guide junior staff and analysts, and provide operational leadership across delivery teams, ensuring quality, accountability, and performance outcomes.
