About The Position

The Engineering Enablement team, part of Technology Design & Integration (TechDI), plays a critical role in supporting Thomson Reuters' transformation into an operating and content-driven technology company. TechDI enables better strategic decision-making, prioritization, and business design across the enterprise by applying industry-standard frameworks, methods, and tools to drive alignment and improve both customer and colleague experiences. Within TechDI, Engineering Enablement bridges high-level business intent and build-ready technical execution for complex, cross-system initiatives. The team ensures early alignment, decision clarity, and execution readiness by translating business needs into structured, detailed requirements, technical designs, and traceable delivery artifacts.
