About The Position

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves providing group facilitation, interviewing, training, and knowledge transfer. The Lead Business Analyst will possess thorough knowledge of business analysis principles, offer advice on best practices, and lead or mentor other team members, peers, and clients. Responsibilities include researching and identifying business strategies and innovative solutions, acting as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering efforts, and collaborating with stakeholders to elicit their business concerns and develop workable solutions. The role also requires completing all appropriate documentation for developers, QA analysts, the deployment team, and the operation support team to maintain the Application. Advanced knowledge of SDLC methodology and Agile tools and techniques is essential, along with advanced proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral).
