This position is located in our Austin, Texas office, however a hybrid working model is acceptable. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a Salesforce modernization initiative focused on managing permits, inspections, compliance, enforcement, billing, reporting, incentives, and portal services in one integrated solution, while replacing fragmented manual and legacy processes and improving visibility across operational workflows. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to gather requirements, document current and future state processes, and ensure successful alignment with project goals.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Minimum of three years prior Business Analyst experience including prior Lead BA experience

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Develop user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Support the configuration and implementation of Salesforce solutions for permits, inspections, compliance, enforcement, billing, reporting, incentives, and portal services.
  • Facitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to gather input and validate requirements.
  • Coordinate with development teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
